Your accessory is made of nylon and can be spot-cleaned with warm water, gentle laundry soap, and a washcloth. Always air dry your nylon bag. Be sure bags are fully dry before storing. Do not use a dryer, hair dryer, or place the bag in direct sunlight, as heat and UV rays can damage the fabric or cause discoloration.
ZIPPER CARE
Avoid overpacking as this could damage your zipper. Use a soft-bristled brush (like a toothbrush) to clear any grime or dirt from the zipper teeth. If a zipper is stiff or sticky, rub the teeth with a zipper lubricant, bar of soap, or a crayon/candle wax to help it slide smoothly.
TPU CARE
Your accessory includes TPU, a wipeable plastic. It's normal for TPU to cloud over time, especially when exposed to moisture or humidity. TPU is highly hygroscopic, meaning it readily absorbs moisture from the air, which can lead to a cloudy appearance.
For minor stains, use mild soap and water with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the TPU surface. For tougher stains, we recommend using a plastic cleaner with a soft, lint-free cloth, following the instructions listed on the cleaner.
Tips: Test any cleaning solution on a small, hidden area first. Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, acetone, or other strong solvents, as they can damage the TPU. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Regularly clean TPU surfaces to prevent dirt buildup.
