We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous US. We can ship your full order to one location or accommodate drop shipping to each of your recipients, free of charge. We accept all major credit cards or ACH payment. We are unable to accept checks at this time.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased as a corporate gift. However, our suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that functionally impairs the luggage. If anything breaks, we’ll fix or replace it for you. Our bags, interior organization products, and Minis are all protected by a limited one-year warranty, which means that if you have any issues during your first year on the road together, we’ll fix or replace it. Our suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that impairs your use of the luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you. If your bag includes a battery, make sure you keep reading!

Since The Mini isn’t subject to the same wear and tear as our full-size suitcases, it’s covered by a limited one-year warranty. To learn more about it, read through the question below.
Our personal items, interior organization products, and Minis are all protected by a limited one-year warranty, which means that if you have any issues in your first year on the road together, we’ll fix or replace it. Since these products are all designed to stay with you—or safe inside your suitcase—they won’t take as much abuse as your suitcase will, which is why they’re not under the same lifetime warranty.
Our Travel Beanie, Travel Scarf and replacement filters are not protected by any warranty.
