These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Terms located at https://www.awaytravel.com/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

Prices: Luggage will be available at 20% off regular retail prices (each, as applicable, the “Offer”); up to USD $149.00 per item. For purchases made at www.awaytravel.com, the Offer will be displayed on the Site and will automatically be applied to each item prior to purchase. For purchases made at an Away retail location, the Offer will be applied at point of sale. Sales tax, shipping and handling are not included in the Offer. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.

Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from November 16, 2023 at 10:00am ET until the earlier of (i) November 27, 2023 at 11:59pm ET or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.

Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site.

Shipping: Orders placed during the Order Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide.

Offer Codes: Offer Codes will not be redeemable during the Offer Period; however, you will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account for purchases during the Offer Period. Original luggage products are excluded from any set discount. Additional exclusions may apply.
