These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Terms located at https://www.awaytravel.com/pages/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
Prices: During the Offer Period, purchase any suitcase and bag with a list price of USD $100 or greater from Away’s website and receive $50 off your order at checkout (“Offer”). Shipping and handling are not included in the Offer. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.
Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from 5/20/25 at 10:00am ET until the earlier of (i) 8/20/25 at 11:59pm ET or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this giveaway. Giveaway PERIOD: The giveaway begins on June 7, 2025 at 10:00am CT and ends on June 8, 2025 at 6:00pm CT (“Giveaway Period”).

1) In-Store Method: Visit Away’s Nashville retail store location during the Giveaway Period and correctly guess the combination to a locked suitcase to win the Prize. Two (2) guesses per entrant per day during the Giveaway Period.
Drawing: The winner will be determined by the entrant who guesses the correct combination. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified in person and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Declaration of Compliance, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner rejects the Prize, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.
Prize (“Prize”): One (1) Bigger Carry-On suitcase ($295) and two (2) Mini Crossbody bags ($150), each in a color available in-stock in the applicable Away store, and two (2) general admission tickets to the Bonaroo Music Festival ($600). Subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $670 USD each. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,045 USD. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (unless prohibited by law). All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this giveaway (including any travel or activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled mail, purchases, emails, notifications, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any giveaway-related materials.
