You can start a gift return/exchange here. Gift returns/exchanges are allowed if the item is still unused and in its original packaging. The original purchaser won't be notified about the return or exchange, we will just need the original order number which is on the QR code that came with your order. 

• Enter the order number which is next to the QR code slip you received with your order 
• Select “Verify by postal code” 
• Enter the Postal Code which listed under the order number on the QR code slip 
• Follow the steps to complete the return flow
• You will have the option to add your own contact information to ensure you receive all updates throughout the return process

Key conditions to keep in mind:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Gift cards are final sale
• Gifts with any personalization details are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange. We still recommend registration for future claims support
• Items received as warranty claim replacements can't be exchanged or returned

To register your product, please head over to our Registration Page. Once you complete registration, you will be given a registration number that will be connected to your email address. This will ensure your product is in our system if you need to submit a warranty claim with us in the future. You can also add Lifetime Care Pro after registering your product.

Yes, but it needs to be within the first 100 days of purchase. You will first need to register your gift via our Registration Page. Once registered, you will then receive a confirmation email with a registration number. You can then use that number to purchase LifetimeCare™ Pro.

Yes, please register using your own name and email. 

Yes, simply register your product via the Registration Page. Once completed, you will receive a registration number that you can use in the future for any claim support. 

Claims are submitted through the Claims Center, however proof of purchase is required. 
If you purchased via a third party or if you were gifted the item, register your item on our  Registration Page. A registration number will then be sent to your email address. This number will double as your order number for any future claims you may need to submit.
