ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. , 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of JRSK, Inc. (dba Away) (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The giveaway begins on June 12, 2026 at 12:00pm ET and ends on June 12, 2026 at 5:00pm ET (“Giveaway Period”).
TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may participate in the on-site basketball challenge at Sponsor’s retail store located at 364 Lafayette St, New York, NY 10012. Each participant will receive one opportunity to take three basketball shots at the designated basketball hoop. Any participant who successfully makes all three shots will receive one entry into the Giveaway. To complete entry, a participant who makes all three shots must provide the requested information (including name and email address) via the on-site entry method. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated or mechanical means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 19, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the email notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.
PRIZE ($650): One (1) Away Carry-On ($275 USD) and one (1) Away Large ($375 USD) each in a color available in-stock and chosen by Sponsor. Subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $650 USD each. Total ARV of all prizes: $600 USD. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (unless prohibited by law). All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this giveaway (including any travel or activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled mail, purchases, emails, notifications, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway should any portion of the giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in giveaway, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the participant and any Released Party, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway (including a prize awarded or the determination of a winner) must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted or entitled to obtain (and hereby waives all rights to seek or claim) injunctive, equitable, or other non-monetary relief or awards for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed ten dollars ($10), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
THIS GIVEAWAY, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER OR RELATED THERETO(WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS CONDUCT, OR OTHERWISE) WILL BE GOVERNED, CONSTRUED, AND INTERPRETED UNDER THE INTERNAL LAWS OF NEW YORK, U.S.A., WITHOUT REFERENCE OR GIVING EFFECT TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES OR RULES THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. ANY LEGAL ACTIONS, SUITS, OR PROCEEDINGS RELATED TO THIS GIVEAWAY (WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS CONDUCT, OR OTHERWISE) WILL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK AND EACH PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY ACCEPTS, SUBMITS, AND CONSENTS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THESE COURTS WITH RESPECT TO ANY LEGAL ACTIONS, SUITS, OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS GIVEAWAY. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
