These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Terms located at https://www.awaytravel.com/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
Prices: During the Offer Period (as defined below), Away is offering two tiers of discounts off regular retail prices on select products (each, an “Item”), as marked on a product-by-product basis:
Select Assortment — Up to 15% Off. Select Items will be available at up to 15% off regular retail prices. The maximum discount value for any single Item under this tier is USD $112. The actual discount value depends on the Item purchased and the applicable discount percentage. Discounts under this tier are not subject to Final Sale restrictions; Away’s standard return policy applies to Items purchased under this tier.
Deal Shop — 25% Off. Select Items in the Deal Shop will be available at 25% off regular retail prices. The maximum discount value for any single Item under this tier is USD $112. Items purchased at 25% off under this tier are Final Sale. Final Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged. Away’s warranty policy continues to apply to Final Sale Items.
The applicable discount tier for each Item will be indicated on a product-by-product basis at Away retail stores and at awaytravel.com (the “Site”). Only Items specifically designated as part of the Offer are included; all other products are excluded. Discounts will be applied automatically — no promo code is required. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.
Duration of Offer: The Offer Period begins at 10:00 AM ET on June 23, 2026, or at store opening local time if a store opens prior to 10:00 AM ET on that date, and ends at 9:00 AM ET on June 27, 2026, or when supplies of eligible Items are exhausted, whichever is earlier. Supplies are limited. Away reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time, subject to applicable law.
Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders of eligible Items purchased at participating Away retail stores in the United States or through the Site, subject to Away’s standard delivery restrictions. The Offer applies to new orders only and does not apply to prior purchases, existing orders, or exchanges.
Shipping: Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3–4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than Away’s standard Terms currently provide.
Returns; Final Sale
Final Sale Items (Deal Shop — 25% Off). Items purchased at 25% off through the Deal Shop are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. While Away will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale Items, Away’s applicable warranty policy continues to apply.
Non-Final Sale Items (Select Assortment — Up to 15% Off). Items purchased at up to 15% off under the Select Assortment tier are not Final Sale and are subject to Away’s standard return policy. If your Item is eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund only for the amount you actually paid for such Item purchased during the Offer Period.
Offer Codes: No promo code is required to receive the Offer; the applicable discount will be applied automatically prior to purchase in store and at checkout on the Site. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional or offer codes. Only Items specifically designated as part of the Offer are eligible for the applicable discount. Additional exclusions may apply.

Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from 4/20/26 at 7:00am ET until the earlier of (i) 6/21/26 at 11:59pm ET or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.
Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site or at Away retail locations during the Offer Period. The Offer is not available for non-qualifying orders placed through other channels, including, without limitation, corporate gifting orders.
Shipping: Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide.
Returns: Away’s standard return policy applies to products purchased during the Offer Period; however, if only part of the qualifying order is returned, you will be refunded the price of the item less the discount you received at checkout.
Offer Codes: Cannot be combined with other offers. You will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account. Additional exclusions may apply.
