These Offer Terms (the “Terms”) govern the Away Father’s Day GWP 2026 promotional offer (the “Offer”) offered by Away Travel, Inc. (“Away,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Away’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
During the Offer Period defined below, customers who make a qualifying purchase of $300.00 USD or more (pre-tax) at Away retail stores in the United States or on awaytravel.com (the “Site”) will automatically receive one (1) free Packing Cubes (Set of 4) (the “Offer Item”), subject to availability and these Terms. The Offer Item has an approximate retail value of $48.00 USD.
Qualifying Purchase Amount. To qualify for the Offer, a customer must make a single purchase totaling $300.00 USD or more (pre-tax) during the Offer Period at an Away retail store in the United States or on the Site.
Eligible Products. The qualifying purchase threshold is calculated on the pre-tax subtotal of eligible Away products (the "Eligible Products") in a single order or in-store transaction, after all applicable promotional discounts have been applied, including travel uniform discounts and set discounts, but before taxes and shipping.
Excluded Purchases. The following do not count toward the $300.00 qualifying threshold:
• Away gift cards (physical or digital)
• LifetimeCare™ Pro purchases
• Shipping charges, rush processing fees, or any other non-product service fees
Away reserves the right to add to or modify the list of excluded purchases at any time during the Offer Period.
Automatic Application. No promo code is required. The Offer will be applied automatically at checkout for online orders, or at the point-of-sale in-store, provided the qualifying threshold has been met.
One Per Order. The Offer is limited to one (1) Offer Item per customer per qualifying order or in-store transaction. The Offer Item is available while supplies last and Away makes no guarantee of availability. The Offer Item has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted, except at Away’s sole discretion.
Online (Site). The Offer is valid beginning at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 6/5/26 and ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) on 6/8/26, or the date on which supplies of the Offer Item are exhausted, whichever occurs first (the “Offer Period”).
Away Retail Stores (United States). The Offer is valid in Away retail stores in the United States beginning at store opening local time on 6/5/26 and ending at store closing local time on 6/8/26, or the date on which supplies of the Offer Item at that retail location are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Offer Item availability may vary by store location.
Timing of Purchase. The Offer is only valid for qualifying purchases made during the Offer Period. Orders placed or transactions initiated outside the Offer Period are not eligible.
Early Termination. Away reserves the right to end the Offer at any time prior to the scheduled end of the Offer Period at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in the event supplies are exhausted.
Cannot Be Combined. The Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, offer codes, or referral rewards unless expressly stated otherwise.
Gift Cards Permitted. Away gift cards may be used as a method of payment toward the $300.00 qualifying purchase threshold and do not otherwise affect Offer eligibility.
Travel Uniform and Set Discounts. Travel uniform discounts and set discounts remain available and may be applied during the Offer Period. The $300.00 qualifying purchase threshold is calculated on the post-discount amount after Travel Uniform and set discounts have been applied. All other evergreen promotions and standing discounts are suspended during the Offer Period for transactions associated with this Offer.
One Per Transaction. A customer may not receive multiple Offer Items in a single transaction.
Shipping. Away’s standard delivery restrictions apply. Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3–4 days longer (or more) than Away’s standard processing and delivery timelines to ship due to increased order volume. Away is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside Away’s control. The Offer Item will be shipped together with the qualifying order where possible; in some circumstances, the Offer Item may ship separately. Shipping of the Offer Item is included at no additional charge for orders that meet the qualifying threshold.
Return of Offer Item. The Offer Item is provided free of charge and has no independent cash value. If a customer returns any portion of a qualifying order such that the remaining retained purchase amount falls below the $300.00 qualifying threshold (pre-tax), the customer must also return the Offer Item. If the Offer Item is not returned in such circumstances, Away reserves the right to charge the customer the retail price of the Offer Item ($48.00 USD) or deduct such amount from any applicable refund.
Return of Offer Item Only. The Offer Item may not be returned independently for credit, exchange, or refund unless it is defective.
Warranty. Away’s standard limited lifetime warranty applies to the Offer Item to the same extent as it applies to Away products generally. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives Away’s warranty obligations.
General Returns Policy. Eligible Products purchased during the Offer Period are otherwise subject to Away’s standard return policy, available at awaytravel.com/returns, except as modified by these Terms.
Modification & Termination. Away reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, including due to technical errors, fraud, or other circumstances beyond Away’s control, without prior notice. Any Offer Items issued before such termination will be honored.
Fraud & Misuse. Away reserves the right to cancel or revoke the Offer if Away reasonably believes it was obtained through fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Void Where Prohibited. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Away makes no representation that the Offer is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
Eligibility. The Offer is available to customers in the United States only. Customers must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and are incorporated into Away’s general Terms of Service.

Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from 4/20/26 at 7:00am ET until the earlier of (i) 6/21/26 at 11:59pm ET or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.
Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site or at Away retail locations during the Offer Period. The Offer is not available for non-qualifying orders placed through other channels, including, without limitation, corporate gifting orders.
Shipping: Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide.
Returns: Away’s standard return policy applies to products purchased during the Offer Period; however, if only part of the qualifying order is returned, you will be refunded the price of the item less the discount you received at checkout.
Offer Codes: Cannot be combined with other offers. You will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account. Additional exclusions may apply.
