Luggage

I purchased on or after April 14, 2026

Every suitcase comes with Away LifetimeCare™ Coverage, which includes repairs for the life of your suitcase.
 

For the first five years, repairs for functional damage caused by manufacturing defects or unexpected rough travel are complimentary. If we’re unable to repair covered damage, we’ll provide up to one replacement within that period. After five years, repairs remain available with a reasonable service fee to support long-term care.

If you purchased your suitcase before April 14, 2026, you’re covered under our limited lifetime warranty. See more details.
