Open & set your lock

USING YOUR LOCK

  • To unlock: Set the correct combination (0-0-0 for new suitcases) and slide the latch Ⓒ to the right.
  • To lock: Ensure the correct combination is set and push the zippers into the lock, then scramble the combination.

CHOOSE, SET, AND SAVE YOUR COMBINATION.

  1. With the lock set to the correct combination (0-0-0 for new suitcases), push down the reset button Ⓐ with a pen or pointed object until it clicks.
  2. Roll the digits Ⓑ to the combination of your choice.
  3. Slide the latch Ⓒ to the right. The reset button will pop back up and your combination will be set.

We suggest taking a minute now to email the combo to yourself, tuck it into your passport, or save it as a contact in your phone in case you lock yourself out later.

TSA-approved combination lock: Using this Travel Sentry® lock allows your luggage to be opened, inspected, and relocked by security authorities without damage. For more information, visit: www.travelsentry.org

Please note that once you set your lock, no one else will be able to get in your bag—and that includes us.

Attaching your Luggage Tag

COLLAR STUD ATTACHMENT STYLE

  1. First insert the rounded end of the long leather strap Ⓐ through the small horizontal slot at the top of the luggage tag.

  2. Wrap the strap around your desired suitcase handle.

  3. Thread the rounded end of the strap through the small leather loop Ⓑ located just below the metal stud.

  4. Align the small hole near the end of the strap with the metal stud Ⓒ. Press the hole firmly over the stud until it snaps into place, locking the tag securely to the handle.

On the outside

Your suitcase is made from a lightweight and durable polycarbonate shell and features a unique top-lid opening for convenient packing.

THE BRAKE

To keep your suitcase from rolling away on inclines or public transit, use the integrated brake system located near the trolley handle. Simply slide the brake switch to lock the back wheels in place, and slide it back to release them when you’re ready to move again.

Please ensure your brake is unlocked when checking your luggage to avoid stress on the brake system.

On the inside

THE LID

The lid is designed for tech and essentials. It includes a Ⓐ dedicated laptop sleeve that fits devices up to 16" and two smaller organization pockets for chargers and cables.

MAIN COMPARTMENT Ⓑ

This side is built for maximum volume and features a hanging pocket for discreet tracking. Pile up your clothes, buckle the compression pad, and tighten the straps to pack it all in. Use our Insider Packing Cubes or PackAway™ Closet (not included) to stay organized and save even more space. The compression pad includes a wipeable mesh pocket to keep damp items separate from your clean clothes Ⓒ.

THE DRAWBRIDGE STRAPS Ⓓ

Adjustable interior straps connect the lid to the base, allowing you to keep the suitcase open at a 90-degree angle for quick access in tight spaces or unbuckle them to lay the bag completely flat.

Care & repair

KEEP IT CLEAN

Matte finish: A washcloth and mild soap will remove any minors scuffs, and the included melamine sponge will take care of the more stubborn marks.

Gloss finish: The best way to clean your Gloss suitcase’s shell is to use a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner. We don’t recommend using a melamine sponge, as it could cause damage to the Gloss finish. To repair any scratches, apply a dime-sized portion of car polish to the scratched area and gently rub with a microfiber cloth until the scratches are improved or removed. Allow the luggage to dry for 2-3 minutes.

Use a vacuum with a crevice tool to clean the interior lining, corners, and pockets to remove dust, crumbs, and debris.

For the Carry-On sizes, our Clear Luggage Cover provides an extra layer of protection from scratches and rough airline handling.

STOW AWAY

If you have suitcases in multiple sizes, you can nest them inside each other to save space: Just unzip the left side of the larger suitcase and set the smaller one inside, then zip the larger bag closed.

Always ensure your luggage is completely clean and dry before putting it away to prevent mildew, mold, and odors. Store your luggage in a cool, dry, and clean place away from direct sunlight (which can cause fading) and extreme temperature fluctuations (which can warp hard shells). Good places include closets, under the bed, or in temperature-controlled basements.

Avoid stacking heavy items on top of your suitcase in storage, as this can cause warping or cracking.

POCKET

Our front pockets are made with a water-resistant nylon or a premium coated leather. You can spot-clean your nylon pocket with a damp cloth and gentle soap, but just use a damp cloth (without soap) for your leather pocket. Keep in mind that the pocket cannot be removed from the shell of your suitcase.

ZIPPER CARE

Avoid overpacking as this could damage your zipper. Our Compression Packing Cubes or PackAway™ Closet allow you to maximize your space.

Use a soft-bristled brush (like a toothbrush) to clear any grime or dirt from the zipper teeth. If a zipper is stiff or sticky, rub the teeth with a zipper lubricant, bar of soap, or a crayon/candle wax to help it slide smoothly.
