Because every item is personalized just for you, these pieces typically take up to 7 days to complete before they hit the road. Please keep in mind that selecting a faster shipping option will not impact the processing time of your order.Please note that foil stamping will not add any processing time to your order.

Personalized items are made especially for you, and because they’re one-of-a-kind, they can’t be returned or exchanged.

Q: Is the personalization easy to remove?

Like everything we make, our personalization offerings are made to last through the wear and tear of travel. We use permanent techniques like digital printing, embroidery, and laser-etching to ensure your personalization will stick with you. However, keep in mind that all personalization is subject to normal wear, just like the rest of your luggage.
