These Offer Terms govern Away's Canadian Thanksgiving promotion (the "Offer") and supplement Away's Terms of Use located at awaytravel.com/terms (the "Terms"). To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms control. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Offer Terms and the Terms.
Offer. During the Offer Period (as defined below), select products (each, an "Item") will be available at up to 15% off regular retail prices at www.awaytravel.com (the "Site") and at Away retail locations in the United Kingdom, as marked on a product-by-product basis. The maximum value of the Offer is CAD$148.50 per Item; actual value depends on the number of Items purchased. The Offer will be applied automatically prior to purchase — no promo code is required. The Offer applies to marked Items only, as designated by Away in its sole discretion.
Duration. The Offer Period begins at store opening local time on October 6, 2026 for Away retail locations and at 12:01 AM ET on October 10, 2026 for purchases made on the Site, and ends at the earlier of 11:59 PM ET on October 12, 2026 or the date on which supplies of eligible Items are exhausted (the "Offer Period"). Away reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Eligible Purchases. The Offer is available to any customer purchasing qualifying new orders during the Offer Period, subject to Away's standard delivery restrictions. The Offer is available on the Site and at Away retail locations in the United Kingdom. All purchases are subject to product availability.
Exclusions: The following products are excluded from the Offer and are not eligible Items:
all Series 3 luggage and all Signature bags
Away gift cards (physical or digital)
LifetimeCare™ Pro purchases
Shipping charges, rush processing fees, or any other non-product service fees
Items discounted from their regular retail price
Additional exclusions may apply as marked on the Site or in-store.
Shipping. Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3–4 days longer (or more) to ship than Away's standard shipping terms provide. Away's standard delivery restrictions apply. Away is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances outside Away's control.
Returns. Items purchased during the Offer Period are subject to Away's standard return policy, and any refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the Item. Away's standard return policy is available at awaytravel.com/returns.
Offer Codes. The Offer will be applied automatically at the time of purchase; no promo code is required. The Offer may not be combined with other promotional or offer codes. Gift cards and Referral Rewards already present in a customer's account at the time of purchase may be used in conjunction with the Offer. Evergreen promotions (including set discounts and Travel Uniform pricing) are disabled during the Offer Period and may not be combined with the Offer. Referral Rewards earned by a Referrer may not be combined with other Referral Rewards earned by that same Referrer on a single order. A Referrer may use a maximum of one (1) Referral Reward per order.
General Terms. The Offer has no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged. Away reserves the right to cancel or modify these Offer Terms at any time. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Void where prohibited by law.
These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Terms located at https://www.awaytravel.com/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
Prices: During the Offer Period, purchase any suitcase combined with a bag with a listing price at or above CAD $100.00 and receive CAD $50 off your qualifying order (“Offer”). Shipping and handling are not included in the Offer. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.
Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from 9/30/26 at 10:00am ET until the earlier of (i) 10/31/26 at 11:59pm ET or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.
Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site or at Away retail locations during the Offer Period. The Offer is not available for non-qualifying orders placed through other channels, including, without limitation, corporate gifting orders.
Shipping: Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide.
Returns: Away’s standard return policy applies to products purchased during the Offer Period; however, if only part of the qualifying order is returned, you will be refunded the price of the item less the discount you received at checkout.
Offer Codes: Cannot be combined with other offers. You will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account. Additional exclusions may apply.
