These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Terms located at https://www.awaytravel.com/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

Prices: Select products will be available at up to 20% off regular retail prices (each, as applicable, the “Offer”) as marked on a product-by-product basis; up to CAD $104.00 per item. One select product (The Softside Bigger Carry-On in Coast Blue) will be available at 30% off regular retail prices from 8:00 AM PT on 10/8/25 until 11:59 PM PT on 10/8/25 only. For purchases made at www.awaytravel.com, the Offer will be displayed on the Site and will automatically be applied to each item prior to purchase. For purchases made at an Away retail location, the Offer will be applied at point of sale.  Sales tax, shipping and handling are not included in the Offer. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law.  Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time. 

Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from October 7, 2025 at 10:00am ET until the earlier of (i) October 8, 2025 at 11:59pm PT or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.

Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site delivered to addresses in the continental United States.

Shipping: Orders placed during the Order Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide. 

Returns; Final Sale: Any item marked as “Final Sale” is not returnable.  While we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items, we will honor any applicable Limited Lifetime Warranty. Any items not marked “Final Sale” are subject to Away’s standard return policy; provided that, if your Product is eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund only for the amount you actually paid for such Product purchased during the Offer Period, less any discounts received from bundling of Products.  

For customers in the United Kingdom: Customers in the UK have the right to cancel any online order within 14 days of receipt of their ordered goods.  Please visit awaytravel.com/returns within this period to arrange your return.  

Offer Codes: Offer Codes will not be redeemable during the Offer Period; however, you will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account for purchases during the Offer Period. Original luggage products are excluded from any set discount. Additional exclusions may apply.

Shipping and handling are not included in the Offer.  The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law.  Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.

The Offer is not available for non-qualifying orders placed through other channels, including, without limitation, corporate gifting orders.

Shipping: Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide. 

Returns: Away’s standard return policy applies to products purchased during the Offer Period; however, if only part of the qualifying order is returned, you will be refunded the price of the item less the discount you received at checkout. 
 
Offer Codes: Cannot be combined with other offers. You will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account.  Additional exclusions may apply.
