These Offer Terms (the “Terms”) govern the Series 3 Trade In 2026 promotional offer (the “Offer”) offered by Away Travel, Inc. (“Away,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Away’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
During the Offer Period defined below, book an appointment to exchange qualifying Away or non-Away luggage to Away at any participating Away retail store location (the “Trade-In”) for a $100.00 discount on any purchase of at least $325.00 of Away Eligible Products (pre-tax) (the “Offer”) at any Away retail store location at the time of the Trade-In. The Offer has an approximate retail value of $100.00 USD. The Offer must be redeemed at the time of the Trade-In.
Qualifying Luggage. To qualify for the Offer, a customer must book an available appointment at a participating Away retail store and give Away at least one piece of luggage manufactured by Away or another brand that is the same size or larger than an Away Carry-On, has wheels, and is reasonably clean, free of odor, free of biohazards, and does not contain personal items.
Eligible Products. The qualifying purchase threshold is calculated on the pre-tax subtotal of eligible Away suitcase products (the "Eligible Products") in a single in-store transaction, after all applicable promotional discounts have been applied, including travel uniform discounts and set discounts, but before taxes and shipping.
Excluded Purchases. The following do not count toward the $325.00 qualifying threshold:
Away reserves the right to add to or modify the list of excluded purchases at any time during the Offer Period.
Application. The Offer will be applied automatically at checkout at the point-of-sale in-store, provided the qualifying threshold has been met.
Offers Per Customer. The Offer is limited to one (1) Offer per customer per appointment. Only one (1) Offer may be applied towards a single purchase of Eligible Products; each Offer must be used on a separate purchase of Eligible Products and cannot be combined for use in a single purchase. The Offer Item is available while supplies last and Away makes no guarantee of availability. The Offer Item has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted, except at Away’s sole discretion.
Offer Period: Away Retail Stores. The Offer is valid in the following Away retail stores at the following times:
October 16-18, 2026: NoHo, Williamsburg, Melrose, Abbot Kinney, Dallas: beginning store opening local time on 10/16/26 and ending at store closing local time on 10/18/26, or the date on which supplies of the Offer Item at that retail location are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
October 23-25, 206: Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, London, Nashville, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, Washington DC, Toronto: beginning store opening local time on 10/23/26 and ending at store closing local time on 10/25/26, or the date on which supplies of the Offer Item at that retail location are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Customers may book one of 25 appointments per store per day during the Offer Period. Offer Item availability may vary by store location.
Timing of Purchase. The Offer is only valid for qualifying purchases made during the Offer Period. Orders placed or transactions initiated outside the Offer Period are not eligible.
Early Termination. Away reserves the right to end the Offer at any time prior to the scheduled end of the Offer Period at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in the event supplies are exhausted.
Cannot Be Combined. The Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, offer codes, or referral rewards unless expressly stated otherwise.
Gift Cards Permitted. Away gift cards may be used as a method of payment toward the $325.00 qualifying purchase threshold and do not otherwise affect Offer eligibility.
One Per Transaction. A customer may not receive multiple Offer Items in a single transaction.
Shipping. Away’s standard delivery restrictions apply. Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3–4 days longer (or more) than Away’s standard processing and delivery timelines to ship due to increased order volume. Away is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside Away’s control. The Offer Item will be shipped together with the qualifying order where possible; in some circumstances, the Offer Item may ship separately. Shipping of the Offer Item is included at no additional charge for orders that meet the qualifying threshold.
Return of Offer Item. Eligible Products purchased using the Offer (each, an “Offer Item”) may be returned or exchanged in accordance with Away’s standard exchange procedures, provided that the Offer will not be returned to the customer and cannot be redeemed again at a later date.
Warranty. Away’s standard LifetimeCare warranty applies to the Offer Item to the same extent as it applies to Away products generally. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives Away’s warranty obligations.
General Returns Policy. Eligible Products purchased during the Offer Period are otherwise subject to Away’s standard return policy, available at awaytravel.com/returns, except as modified by these Terms.
Modification & Termination. Away reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, including due to technical errors, fraud, or other circumstances beyond Away’s control, without prior notice. Any Offer Items issued before such termination will be honored.
Fraud & Misuse. Away reserves the right to cancel or revoke the Offer if Away reasonably believes it was obtained through fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Void Where Prohibited. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Away makes no representation that the Offer is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
Eligibility. The Offer is available to customers in the United States only. Customers must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and are incorporated into Away’s general Terms of Service.
