Get to know your Aluminum suitcase

Set your lock

CHOOSE, SET, AND SAVE YOUR COMBINATION.

  1. With the lock set to 0-0-0, push down the reset button Ⓐ with a pen or pointed object until it clicks.

  2. Roll the digits Ⓑ to the combination of your choice.

  3. Use your finger to press the circular button Ⓒ down. The reset button will pop back out, the clasp will open, and your combination will be set.

To open the suitcase, roll the digits to your combination and push the circular button. (The keyhole is just for TSA use.)

Make sure you set the combination for both locks to keep everything secure.

On the outside

Your suitcase is made from an aluminum alloy designed to be sturdy and highly protective of everything you pack inside. Over the years and miles together, your suitcase will develop a character all its own, showing the marks and signs of all your travels. To us, that’s a beautiful thing.

On the inside

TO THE LEFT Ⓐ

This side has a zippered mesh enclosure, designed  to store hard, bulky, and non-compressible items like shoes or toiletries.

ON THE RIGHT Ⓑ

This side’s perfect for clothing and anything else that’s soft and easy to press down. Pile up your clothes, buckle the compression pad Ⓒ, and tighten the straps to pack it all in. Use our Insider Packing Cubes to stay organized and save even more space. The compression pad also has a mesh pocket for laptops, tablets, or magazines. Unzip the small pouch Ⓓ at the base of your suitcase and voilà: a removable laundry bag.

Care & repair

KEEP IT CLEAN

You can clean your bag’s exterior and interior using a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Keep in mind that an aluminum suitcase is like an open passport—you can see everywhere it’s been (and that’s a good thing). So don’t fuss over every scuff and scratch on your bag—each mark has a story behind it. If you remove a sticker from your suitcase (like the one explaining the combination lock) and a little adhesive stays behind, use an alcohol-based wipe to wipe the surface clean.

Use a vacuum with a crevice tool to clean the interior lining, corners, and pockets to remove dust, crumbs, and debris.

Our Clear Luggage Cover provides an extra layer of protection from scratches and rough airline handling.

STOW AWAY

Store in a cool, well-ventilated place with low humidity. Always ensure your luggage is completely clean and dry before putting it away to prevent mildew, mold, and odors.

REPAIRS

If part of your suitcase has broken, we have repair kits to help you fix it on your own. To request a repair kit, contact us.

If your suitcase has a battery, go check out the battery manual.
